Dear Congressman ____, I'm writing to tell you that I'm extremely concerned about the ever-increasing crisis of corruption and incompetence going on in our Federal Government. The consequences of this recent insurance industry takeover bill disguised as a health care bill will surely be economically catastrophic to our area, our State, and the Nation. As I write this to you, I've already studied our very limited options for changes to prevent Washington's intentional crisis through recently historically traditional means. Gratefully, Attorney General McCollum has filed suit against the Federal Government for outrageously, incompetently, and corruptly passing this poison legislation. Should this suit fail, it becomes time for decent, responsible citizens & representatives to seek another method for nipping this White House and Congress in the proverbial bud: A Constitutional Convention As outlined in the U.S. Constitution, Article V (method #2) states: “On the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments” I am coming to the conclusion that should the AG lawsuit fail, we must prepare to call a Convention IMMEDIATELY. This President and Congress and their corrupt methods must be stopped before they destroy our nation. Thank you for listening

I don't know man. Someone brought this up on Mark Levin a week or two ago. Mark made the excellent point of, "Who are the people that will attend this convention?" He went on to say it would be a disaster, because there have been no better statesmen than our founders. I think I agree with him.
Besides, the Constitution is being 100% evaded as it is. I don't think the communists will care if there is another one, to be honest.
We'll be discussing this in a year if things continue down this path. I'm just preparing fellow citizens, representatives that this is not out of the realm of possibility. If Obama continues to accelerate his master plan, we'll be left with little choice, we can't take any more Socialist policies trashing the Free Market.
See, the problem is that the current Constitution isn't being defended one bit. What would another convention prove, really? Let's say we have another document that gets drawn up, and gets passed. The same thing could happen... no guarding of the Constitution because of the laziness of all of us. Once again, communists would pierce through while we were sleeping.
The point is, we just need to spread the word about how things are supposed to be. Teach our children that communism is wrong because of the infringement of liberty.
I just don't know how a better Constitution could be written.
Actually, on Monday's Mark Levin, he read something that Ben Franklin wrote and had someone speak for him, which pretty much said, "this is possibly the best that can be done," in regards to the Constitution.

LOL point taken. I'm kind of a futurist anyways. You'll find that out about me as you follow along. In a practical sense, you're absolutely correct. My point is, we elected a "post-Constitutional President" as Rush labeled him, this with a "post-Constitutional Congress" is putting our nation into a political and socially unstable flux, drastic times call for drastic measures.
